Dr. Shelby Frederick is a bridge from the old to the new. She leads those transitioning out of religious constructs, denominational limitations, and the fear of man into the fullness of what God always intended: relationship, expression, and kingdom impact in your sphere of influence.

This is not about a pulpit or a microphone. The question has always been: can you be kind at your job? Can you love without limits? Can you carry peace into your home? Can you be the answer in your community?

That is the work. And that is what we do here.

The Testimony

For a long time, she honestly did not think she had what it took to lead at this level.

She grew up in a denomination where women were limited in leadership. She knew she was made for more and had no frame of reference for what that looked like. The rejection and the feeling of being too much for rooms that were too small were real.

But so is God’s healing power. He redeemed her identity in Christ, and that changed everything.

She is grieved by men and women who are still not seen the way God sees them. She is grieved by the lack of discipleship in the body. She is grieved by prophets who mistake accuracy for character and carry none of the fruit of the Spirit in how they treat people.

Everything she grieves, this door directly addresses.

Today, she gives God her full yes.

Not a partial yes, dressed in strategy. A full yes rooted in one truth: none of this happens or is effective apart from Him. The assignment is not to perform. It is to BE. And God does the rest.

Statement of Faith

I believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

I believe in water baptism and in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, evidenced by speaking in tongues.

I believe in the operation of all spiritual gifts and the active five-fold ministry gifts of Ephesians 4.

I believe in the authority and sufficiency of Scripture as the governing Word of God.

I believe in a new covenant relationship over religious tradition and denominational construct.

I believe emotional wholeness is integral to apostolic formation and kingdom impact.

I believe the kingdom of God is present and is expressed through the sons of God in every sphere of influence.
